Ethical AI Practices and ESG Integration: A Framework for Sustainability is Carlo Cancellieri’s May 2024 MBA dissertation at Neapolis University Pafos. It combines a literature review, a proposed AI Empowerment and Replacement Index (AERI), and a hypothetical simulation for CC&Co. with an initial workforce of 100. It contains no empirical workplace trial or validated causal estimate of AI’s effect on employment.
The original academic text is retained, including its numerical and terminology inconsistencies. The accompanying project page sets out the proposed formulas, limitations, and errata separately. Environmental score E stays constant in the simulation. The workforce and productivity inputs are assumptions.
Page references in the reading guide use physical PDF pages, starting with the cover as page 1. From the abstract onward, the printed body page number is four less than the physical page number.
