# Sources, licences and attribution The code, software release, and demonstration data in this repository have separate licences. Do not treat them as one licence grant. ## Demo code and text Original code and text in this repository are distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3. See [LICENSE](LICENSE). ## Tellurion v0.5.0-rc.1 source-backed demos The vector and STAC harvest containers compile the checksum-pinned public Tellurion v0.5.0-rc.1 source snapshot included in `dist/`. That source is distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3. Its included `LICENSE` and commercial licence notice govern those Tellurion binaries. Each resulting demo image also carries the source snapshot's conservative third-party notice inventories under `/app/licenses/`. ## Historical Tellurion 0.3.0 artifacts The raster, Zarr and 3D containers download the unmodified, checksum-pinned Tellurion 0.3.0 source or binaries. That release is source-available under the Business Source License 1.1 (`BUSL-1.1`) with a Change Date of 2030-07-23 and AGPL-3.0-only as its Change License. The release archives include their own `LICENSE` and commercial licensing notice; those terms govern those historical Tellurion binaries. Evaluation, development, testing, training, and personal non-commercial production use are permitted as described by that release. Production use by or for a business, government, or other organisation requires a commercial licence before the Change Date.
